The conservation roller blind uses a translucent fabric which diffuses the light into the room, giving a basic level of privacy.
Due to the nature of conservation windows, there are only 2 fabrics available in colours which will appeal to the surroundings of natural habitats, and unfortunately blackout fabrics are not available due to their aluminium silver colour backing; see below why.
This is due to the fact the window is a conservation window, designed with respect for traditional buildings and surroundings. As a result, the choice of colours have been carefully selected with this in mind.
The blind can be in two positions, as it doesn't use any side channels as this detracts from the appearance of the window. The blind has 2 clips at the bottom to hold the blind down, and can be fully raised to the top if need be.
